In an effort to reduce the use of disposable bags, the Town of Breckenridge prohibits the use of plastic bags and requires businesses to charge 25 cents per paper bag. The Town offers inventory of the Breckenridge reusable bags for patrons and guests. Business orders can be placed online ONLY and can be picked up outside of the Town of Breckenridge Public Works main entrance, contact-free, Tuesday and Thursday between 1:00-4:00 PM. The Breckenridge reusable bags are made from 100% recycled PET plastic and are certified by the Global Recycled Standard.
