The Town recognizes the unique character of our historic town and tourism industry. A variance and waiver program has been established to help those needing extra time to comply. Supporting documentation is required and applications are subject to approval by the Public Works Director.
A list of permanent exemptions as well as criteria for variances and waivers can be found in the Public Works Administrative Rules and Regulations, Article II.
