Waste Haulers

Haulers are integral to the success of waste diversion efforts. By providing residents with volume based service options, commercial entities with recycling, and composting where appropriate, you can help incentivize diversion and discourage waste.

For compliance:

1. Refer to Town Code 4-16 and the Public Works Administrative Rules and Regulations for a complete list of requirements.

2. Maintain a BOLT license in good standing subject to annual reporting.

3. File a complete annual report at time of BOLT renewal.

4. Ensure deadlines for compliance are met. The most up to date timeline can be found in the Rules and Regulations.
